The bits about her attempting to leave messages and the "phone not working/receiving messages" as well as the bit about moving new tenants in with leaks, animal urine stained carpets and an unkempt back yard then trying to not only hold the entire deposit but extra charges as well, is also spot on. They will blame you for blatant maintenance issues that were spoken about but never addressed at the time of move in, when you move out. Clearly these "property managers" are recycling lies and blame for multiple renters and they're becoming comfortable doing so.
